Chuck Pot Roast Pie

This is one of my favorite pies to eat but most time intensive to make! This beef chuck is braised and then doused in red wine, and broth. Then slow roasted in a dutch oven for half a day with onions, garlic, potatoes and carrots. I'll make a Rosemary garlic gravy out of the remaining stock. This pie is a most decadent dish I cannot recommend enough.
